this is only one of the hundreds of articles i will be asked to read and find this year on top of my massive reading list of books — welcome to grad school! it’s going be a fun foodie ride ;)

strap it all in! tuck and roll!!

after an intense summer of traveling, i am back in new york, about to start school again. *sniffff aghhhh, the smell of fall. i love fall. the signal for change, growth, and the cool breeze that hits your face while you stroll down the streets

– and the perks of living in this “epicenter of the worrrrrld that is NEW YORK CITY” as my dean proudly claimed yesterday at orientation?!? — the FOOD of course.

i had forgotten how good the food can be, if you have money to eat it herrr.

so american, that money speaks — i remember now…

let’s band together and change that soon yea?

let’s work together to make healthy food affordable aight?

put that on the to-do lists please!

happy conscious labour day weekend eating*
